Fourth Trimester Support
Oh, the tender time of the fourth trimester! I think this might be my favourite. Watching families grow and navigate this whole new world of parenthood — and getting to support and help you pivot around all the changes coming your way. Providing loving care for you, your little one, and your partner too.
What postpartum support looks like:
- Rest and recovery support so you can actually sleep and heal
- Feeding support — whether breast, bottle, or combination
- Newborn care guidance and soothing techniques
- Light meal preparation and nourishing snacks
- Emotional check-ins and a listening ear
- Household support so you can focus on bonding
- Helping you find your rhythm as a new family
Postpartum care can extend past the traditional six-week timeline — this season looks different for everyone, and I'm here for as long as you need.

Placenta Encapsulation
Sacred Postpartum Support
Transforming your placenta into capsules to support postpartum recovery. Helping harmonize mood and nurture well-being. Encapsulation replenishes strength and eases postpartum fatigue. Created and completed with intention and care — always holding the placenta as a sacred part of your birth story.
What's included:
- Mindful preparation of your placenta
- Choice of added herbs to support your healing
- Dehydration and encapsulation (typically 100-200 capsules)

End-of-Life Doula Care
Coming Fall 2026
I will be expanding my support to families walking towards the end-of-life moments with grace and intention. Every passage deserves presence. Every transition deserves honour.
With the same heart, calm presence, and compassion that I bring to birth work, I'll be offering end-of-life doula care — supporting families through life's final sacred passage.
